Tonight I made vegetarian burgers with the following ingredients:
- Grilled Portobello Mushrooms
- Melted Pepper Jack Cheese
- Alfalfa Sprouts
- Dijon Mustard
- Grilled Red Onions
- Toasted Onion Buns
- A generous handful of potato chips
