I just finished reading Beat the Reaper by Josh Bazell. In French I have learned a new phrase, tirer pas les cheveux, which means 'to be far-fetched.' Although this book is extremely far-fetched, it is sidesplitting hilarious, the protagonist finds himself in the most absurd situations and impossible scenarios. They is a lot of profanity and vulgar language but it adds character to the short novel. The entire time I was reading it I was thinking, someone should really make this into a movie. Well I guess someone already had this similar thought.
