Leucadia is notorious for skunks. Who can blame them? Leucadia is a great place to live. In the summertime our neighborhood gets sprayed bi-weekly and our house has been getting skunked so often and we found the culprit! Regis (the skunk) has been lurking around for quite sometime. One time Rory and I came home alone and he literally almost stepped on him in the darkness! We have figured out this much: he either crawls in through Rory's window OR through the bike/stained glass room and then exits through the crawl space underneath the house. He sure is a sneaky little guy...
THERE HE IS! Behind my dad's bike wheel - I apologize for the crappy photo but my camera settings were all wrong and I frantically shot the photo in order to expose the little critter.
So how does one fix a skunk problem? By shining bright lamps into dark crevices of course. And who has to turn on the light after nightfall? Me. My mom asks me to turn it on every night, she figures sacrificing me to the skunks is a super great idea.
