Mami # 3 - le Grand Palais

There was an art installation I wanted to check out pretty badly at the Grand Palais. It's called Personnes, which in French means 'everyone' (when used affirmatively) and 'no one' (when used in the negative). It's a clever play on words because as you can see there are heaps of clothes, that presumably must belong to many people, yet these people don't have an identity so they are no one.
Le Grand Palais is a huge structure and the ceiling is constructed of beautiful greenish beams and glass.
the exhibition:
There was a huge red crane that would grab some articles of clothing and then release them:
This was near the entrance of the building:
Here I am haha:
Mami :)
There were many piles of clothes neatly laid out like this:
Here is the crane dropping the clothes:

I love this color and I love rust. Is that odd?
mmm such good colors.
Mami and the huge pile:

Me in awe of the huge pile:

Here is another angle:

The ceiling:

So many clothes. I wonder where they came from. I wonder who wore them. I wonder what kind of People there were...
THIS IS PRICELESS. Please click this photo to enlarge it....Mami's pupils are miniscule! HAHHAHAHAHH, so good.

Here is a video of crane in action:
Here is another video from a different view:
