tomates gratinées
grated tomatoes

Recipe:
1. Slice tomatoes in half and gut out the innards. Turn over the tomatoes on a sheet pan so the water drains out
2. In a bowl mix 1 soupe soup olive oil + 1 bouquet of basil + 1 bouquet of parsley + 80g of breadcrumbs + 2 soup spoons of oregano + 2 cloves garlic + 60g grated parmesan
3. Stuff the tomatoes with the mixture
4. The recipe didn't call for this, but I did it, and I highly recommend it, drizzle balsamic and plenty of lemon juice over the stuffed tomatoes
5. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 400 degress
